How we work with youBefore we can make any proposals we need to understand more about your organisation and the services that you provide to your customers. We can do this by email or phone but, ideally, by meeting you in person. Then, we'll prepare and submit an initial specification for your review and agreement. Once this is agreed, we'll start the process of developing your site or application. We'll involve you throughout the development cycle so that you can review, test and provide feedback. Once the site or application is launched we'll implement ongoing support and maintenance plans, and liaise with you to review performance and develop new features and functionality as required.
